I was thinking about the fact that UMSI intends to release its 10K and 10Q at the same time. One could suppose that the 10K might not be too good, but the 10Q shows a little promise, and so the management of UMSI decided to throw the shareholders a bone my releasing them at the
same time. You would think the 10K would have been done before the 10Q, if fact, it likely had to be.

It makes me feel good to think that the management of UMSI might have even contemplated such a strategy (any strategy). On the other hand, I might just have too much time on my hands...don't know.

However, I agree with Wally on this Select Capital financing. A company on the verge of floating belly-up doesn't get a 5 million dollar credit line. No way. They had to get some good, audited, financials for that kind of ching.

I am (perhaps foolishly) buck-cost-averaged down to about .37 and own
an ungodly number of shares. Maybe that is why I am straining so to see the silver lining here.
