Dan:

I attended the meeting in Dayton and will attempt to provide some
"meat" and some of MY interpretation of the meeting and resulting
price movement. This is my first post on SI and I verified my E-mail 5 times but now it is finally letting me do something.

My investing history in the two companies is long on FTEL since February. Unfortunately Colin's post could never get me into DCTC.
I did get a friend into it however. Before the meeting all I could see was the IPO not coming through and DCTC returning to the
.25 to .50 level it was at back in April. The meeting changed my opinion on the possibility of that happening. I am a very small
investor and still own no DCTC. I think it is very possible that
others found new faith in DCTC and sold some FTEL and got some DCTC
I know I'm thinking about it.

In the meeting they discussed the many pieces to the puzzle from
the DCTC perspective almost exclusively. I don't have my notes with me (in the wife's car.) but their was about a dozen revenue
streams. Much more than just the privilege card and Muller Media.
Managements projected Net income for the NEXT 12 months
(my best memory) to be between .27 and .49 at a 15 eps this works
out to a share price of $3.75 and $7.25 per share. This included
nothing from the POSSIBLE I hope Probable IPO. Suddenly there looked like some support for the current price of the stock in my
opinion. Again this is DCTC managements projections which they hoped were conservative. The reason for the range is the timing of the revenue from the different streams is dependent upon when the business parterships/joint ventures or whatever the legal word for
these deals was. There is much more to this 3.5 hour meeting and I'm sure others will post much better and more info. I do agree
those that didn't have the opportunity to attend should start getting something from those of us that did.

To all those that wish to respond to this positively or negatively
just E-mail. I never get anything besides Ads. :)

By the way Colin didn't get me to buy DCTC but I did buy some TEIM.
Shows my expertise :). Note I bought, result is NOT Colin's fault but if he would buy it from me at .50 I would buy some DCTC. vbg
