A question? With the sale of AMTX to TI has anyone explored the issues of minority shareholder rights. i.e. refusing to sell at the set price. I have been trying to reach Amati to find out my specific rights from their investors relations person - but I have not received any reposnse.

In another similar sale of a bank I had learned that my investor rights provided me the option to dissent and make a separate sale. It is my understanding that such rights are defined by the corporate charter, by the state laws where the incorporation took place, and by the SEC.

Anyway, I guess that most investors will be satisfied with the offered price. But not I. Is there anyone in this group that feels that this upcoming sale is for too little?
