It does seem to be an agreement between BC and South Carolina including things that touch on some of the SEC's interests, I'm sure. A formal agreement with the SEC could be years away, but I don't see why that should keep GRNO off the bulletin board. On a different subject, Safety Kleen has filed preliminary proxy stuff with the SEC for a special stockholders meeting to approve the sale of SK to SK Parent (Philip). Laidlaw meanwhile says a court orders SK to call a meeting of stockholders to consider its offer and to give LLE a list of SK stockholders. A hearing is set for Jan 6 for preliminary injunction to enjoin SK from merging with Philip. Charles
