James, I am not worried about the competition. These companies may have a little more media attention; however, it's all in the product and the quality of the product. Aplio has received a great deal of attention lately, but this is a very revealing snippet from their web site. <<Operating Aplio/Phone is very easy. Simply plug your phone into the small desktop unit and plug the unit into the wall jack. When you're ready to make a call, simply dial the call as usual. Then once you've established contact with your party, press one button on the Aplio/Phone and hang up. In about 45 seconds (usually less) your phone will ring. You may then continue your conversation. The only difference is that you'll be communicating via the Internet.
