Kenny, I would think if the company came out and anounced a stock buyback today at or around $3 (minimum required for going AMEX), then the SEC would have to get involve once again because the MMs would not be able to honor their request since there are no certificates available. The MMs can't sell them air like our brokers' did to us. Rich_1
