Looks like the Russians are going to Cyprus to try and withdrawal their savings. Once there, they will find out from the bank tellers that it has all been sent to Germany and Brussels. (I picture a confused, elderly Russian Admiral in full uniform standing at the Cyprus bank counter scratching his head trying to figure out what happened to his retirement while his destroyer waits for him parked close outside.)
