Does the buck stop with Obama on ANYTHING? ANYTHING AT ALL? The answer to your question on Benghazi is CLEAR...the WH had NOTHING to do with this......if this was a cover up, as republicans claim, to keep it from influencing the election, they changed one word...the name given to the compound that came under attack....and the changes made by many people involved lasted three days and well before the election...by ballot time two months had passed. Republicans in the Senate and Congress are ridiculously trying to smear the administration and showing the country what world class assholes they are. No one but the wing nuts give a flying shit about what was said, or who changed the talking points...and now they have been proven correct. If the president was involved in the changes to, as the republicans claim, not lose the election, then where the fucking proof? Republicans have managed to nauseate the country once again.
