Small point regarding Open Text's location. The co. (originally a search engine company) was begun by computer scientists at the University of Waterloo, possibly Canada's leading computer science programme. So there is plenty of local talent right there. As I say it's the top school and it takes very high grades to get in. U of Waterloo grads are heavily recruited by top companies.
