The CIA told Bush about the WMDs in Iraq. Are you saying that Bush should have second guessed the CIA?

Yes, before starting a damn war over it which killed and maimed thousands of Americans and caused us a significant chunk of change. In fact, if he had been doing his job instead of playing soldier, he might have prevented the Great Recession.
