Zimmerman provoked a confrontation and murdered Martin. A jury must decide if it was in self defense.

I have already pointed this out "murder" is a legal term. If you use the term "murder" and he hasn't been convicted by a jury of murder, then you are judging him. If you don't want to judge him, then you can use the word "killed" or "homicide", but not murder. And if you say that Zimmerman provoked the confrontation, that too is judging. And unfortunately for you, Trayvon and his family, all physical evidence suggests that Trayvon instigated the violence and was dominating Zimmerman right up to the point that Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon.
