As far as I know, the ABCNews report on Victoria Nuland, the State Department spokeshole for Hillary Clinton, is accurate.

This is precisely the one I was talking about. It isn't accurate.

In same vein, why do we want Hill to be fingering Ansar al Sharia, when we aren't doing that ourselves until we have investigation results... and the penultimate point could be abused by Members to beat the State Department for not paying attention to Agency warnings so why do we want to feed that either? Concerned...

When read in context, she was concerned over talking about something before they had completed the investigation. Which seems imminently reasonable to a rational person. I understand that the Bush administration had a habit of going off half-cocked and getting us mired in illegal wars, but I don't see why that should be the gold standard.
