QTWW raised $3 million in a direct offering to Crede Capital at about the current market price.. finance.yahoo.com There are concerns about retaining their Nasday CM listing.. The 8-K did mention they are considering a reverse split as an option. Currently 52 million shares out (including this financing).. Hoping that raising that amount of cash negates the need to RS.. But they need to get the stock up to $1/share on some big news.. I would sure like to see the stock break out of this monthly Bollinger Band pinch.
