The 'fact' it started under 'Smirk' is reason enough to prosecute the IRS isn't it? This scandal tops any I've seen. A government agency trampling on the rights of it's citizens in order to perpetuate itself and it's beloved big government leader. Not only did the target conservative groups but what people were saying in their prayers. This guy contributed money to Romneys campaign and was susequently placed on Mr. Obamas "enemy list". Singled out with 7 others. Then he got audited by the IRS 3 times in 2012. They found nothing but it cost him $80,000 in attorneys fees. They found nothing, of course.
