Don - I'm the first to admit that I know little of the technical aspects of head production, but I don't understand your reference to a 6 inch MR product that is part of WDC's ramp up. I believe that most observers assume that the 3 inch 2.1 MR product that they are dropping is their portable drive, and that this was one of the two programs for which APM had qualified their MR heads as of the end of the last quarter. WDC also reportedly stated that RDRT's MR heads were looking very good, and that APM had fumbled badly. They also said that APM's 1.7 TFI heads had yield problems and that they were moving away from it as soon as they could. In addition, there are apparently 11 MR head suppliers, so I wouldn't expect APM to benefit in the short term by any supply shortage.
