Thanks for the response and yes Christ has "put on a new self" on me, it's unbelievable. I was discussing this with a friend in a ski club I belong to I have known for 15 years. He's a Christian and hasn't been attending church as diligently lately, and my renewal, help renew his spirit - Glory to God. He said it was a miracle and we know who's miracle it is -g-.

I believe God is interested in all aspects of our lives and wants to bless us financially, as he has his peculiar people unto him. I pray for the wisdom and knowledge of Solomon, for myself and all of our fellow threaders.

There is a scripture that describes a passing of wealth from the secular world to God's Kingdom, but I can't remember the verse.

Gold mining stock breakout: When the 50 day moving average passes the 20 day is the first signal. When the stock crosses it's 200 day moving average, there will be short covering & momentum rally of unbelievable proportions. IMHO

I think it would be fairly safe to start accumulating the majors like ABX now for long term holding. ABX has contracts to sell gold at $420 per ounce for several years according to an article by Peter Lynch, so they'll weather the downturn in Gold till it turns back up.
