Ecuador's government on Thursday presented a mining bill to Congress that should pave the way for the signing of contracts with several investors, including Canada's Kinross Gold Corp.

ok the government is now doing its part in getting the ecuadorian mining industry on track...all of a sudden I see mention of rich veins and all on the stock house board.. is this the glug glug of losers or the belated lifting of the veil for dmm investors
