now how do you figure that he doesn't want to fix this?
Of course Obama wants this to be fixed, but he's not owning up to any of the resolution. He's letting others handle it for him.

That might be fine under the guise of due process and not overreacting, but it's also clear to me that he wishes all of this would just go away. Look at all of his responses to questions from reporters. "Oh, so-n-so is handling the investigation." "We can't comment at this time." "We're just as outraged as you are." "If these allegations turn out to be true, we'll deal with it."

None of that suggests a tone of ownership and responsibility. But it does fit into the overall profile of an incompetent president.
