"I cannot see how using English as the primary form of communication in the United States can be the basis for discrimination or an unsafe work environment." Can you see how not using but requiring English as the primary form of communication might be descriminatory in Quebec, or Little Italy in NYC, Chinatown in SF or NYC, or even in Miami...?
