It doesn't matter one bit. The crooks in management cut a deal with the DIP lenders and are hell bent on giving the company to them. The DIP guys are probably the only ones that won't run off T Paul, Al, Leland and gang 5 seconds after the ink dries.

If the judge decides to throw out the agreement then I have no doubt Leland will tell the offshore supervisor to make sure another tool gets stuck in the well to throw everything into flux. Didn't you ever find it suspicious that someone ALWAYS knew ahead of time when bad news was on the way?

When the third Titan well went on production at a higher rate than anyone expected and the stock sold off immediately was very telling. Then during the next conference call everyone found out they had crapped out the well. I don't believe in coincidences; someone had a jump on that one. There are other examples but that was the one that convinced me to sell out all except some scratch off lotto tickets worth of shares.
