M., I think most of ASND gains are due to blessing of current est. and better visibility announced at DMG conf. yesterday and the news today that a 56k standard is coming soon. If the gains were due only to buy out rumors, why would COMS be up after warning a few days ago with no other news out ? The 56k standard definitely helps both COMS and ASND. Anything that gets ISP's and consumers to upgrade to 56k is a positive for all networkers. Regards, Lee
