Thanks Sam-Check under warrants only topic. Been following them for a while. I believe the company bought back 200,000 warrant not 2 million. Also purchased the 64% ownership that geotek had held. Which now makes bogen a separate entity instead of a subsidiary. The only which concerns me is the top line growth, but I believe the company is getting ready to go on the acq. trail according to recent press releases. I believe these were a great buy at $1 and under-still a good play at recent prices. Thanks JP
