Kurt, to expand on that point, as you point out, ANY lab that has spent the last 50 + years getting results in the range of .0something to about 1 oz on much smaller ore bodies has to be awfully careful when they are looking at an ore body that, if homogeneous, will be the world largest deposit of multiple metals if they prove out anything over .25 opt (for which Naxos already has certification). And especially if the numbers turn out to be multiple ounces. It just goes off the charts of known deposits.
No one in the assay business wants to announce the next Bre-X. Or the next DelGratia, or the next IPM (at least where it is now). When there exists the chance to announce "the world's largest" you walk slowly, with purpose and frequently retrace your steps. Because, at the end of that walk, you will be standing on the world stage, all alone, with no one else, to PROVE the fantastic statement which you just certified is true.
It is a great undertaking indeed not just "some numbers" to get out. Give them all the time they need. (Well not ALLL the time they need) I would like to be solvent by Christmas if possible as would most of you out there I am sure. (Santa, did you here that!!! That's my wish)
Regards,
Tom F.
P.S. Tom C. and Patrick, "Naxos by June" huh! You never said WHICH June! |
