U3O8 (UWE -T) and Calypso Uranium (CLP-V) have announced the completion of the acquisition of Calypso by U3O8 Corp. Under the terms of the all share acquisition,
0.40 of one U3O8 Corp. share (20,252,327) will be issued for each whole Calypso share (50,630,819). The acquisition expands U3O8’s land package in Argentina
while adding $3.3 million in working capital.
