Charles: I believe it sets a precedent for the SEC, but certainly does not have to be one. As to Bill Carroway, I believe he cashed in enough stocks over recent months to cover at least some of the pst due interest. That said, I liked the guy, and can sympathize with trying to keep the business going. I just prefer guys who meet their responsibilities and can't take things for granted anymore after GIFS. I wish the personal consent order meant more. Regards, Carl
