LIGA is going to pull a rabbit out of a hat. The deal with the gaming property is in process and takes about 60 days from the start to be completed. That deal has financing in place and will add a bunch of money to the bottom line. Question I had was where is the money coming from. I found out its coming from a hedge fund LIGA is associated with. This deal is in two parts and will make a lot of money at closing + more when they sell off the gambling part of the location. Its a win / win.
