I have been traveling for the past few days and I left the special edition of Worth magazine apparently in my hotel room last night. They do a special edition to recap the year and have noted analyst to predict what with happen in the coming year. Several of the more well known market gurus select their favorite stock for the coming year. Xoma was not picked by any of the analyst but it was the top choice of either McCamants(sp) or Murphy for this year(I'm getting senile and can't remember which as it was yesterday when I read this(:>)).In the recap of this years selection the individual said positive things about XOMA and indicated that approval of their drugs should occur during 1998. Sorry I misplaced the Worth magazine but you might want to get a copy and read the comments about XOMA. Maybe 1998 will be the year.
