But what you cannot see is that the IRS was improper in "targeting" ANYONE. It simply isn't within the scope of these types of examinations.

It isn't as though they selected a group of applicants for further investigation according to IRM guidelines. These jerks made up their OWN guidelines. This is blatantly contrary to Treasury procedure. They didn't just pull some questionnaire out of the IRM and use it. They sat down and made up their own questions specifically targeting these organizations.

It is essential that we find out to what extent the WH was involved in this process.
