Jakala,
I agree with you. JMAR isn't dealing with the cards on the table so that shareholders will know what is going on. I don't buy into this %%%%about now reducing the size of the private placement.
1. Before you do such a placement you throughly analyze your needs and prepare a business proposal that reflects your needs so that you will be able to explain this to the Money people that you are trying to get to buy this placement. Can you imagine going before venture capitalist without a well organized business proposal. Give me a break!
2. JMAR goes to a Swiss firm to make this placement. Come on folks! There are probably more venture capitalist in California than any other state. Remember! We are talking about cutting edge technology and California is the mecca for such companies. Don't you think that JMAR could have sold this to someone that has an understanding of California technology companies and not have gone to the Swiss?
3. Keep in mind. Martinez has gone on record to say that this quarter will not be a good one for earnings. Forget this @#### about this placement being the reason for the short selling. If this placement was going to give them the cash to develop and bring to market new products, don't you think that the smart money would see this as a positive and would be BUYING Jmar and NOT SELLING.
4. Anyway you look at it JMAR isn't upfront with the shareholders as for as giving them NEEDED information and in a timely manner. As for revealing this placement in their 10Q, just think how many shareholders GET this 10Q as opposed to being able to see the news in a general company release and in the WSJ. I have by letter, asked JMAR to fax or email me any company information that would be pertinent to shareholders. I got the quarter report this way and zilch since then.

I sold all of my JMAR today and I'm talking in the 5 digit numbers. There are too many companies out there that will give the shareholders a better opportunity with investor money. JUST my Opinion. I hope that JMAR goes to 20.00for all of the faithful.
