I sure can't either. One cannot underestimate the importance of having a half billion in taxpayer money. I'm quite sure that, in my life, most of my businesses would have been far more successful had the government been willing to advance me taxpayer dollars. Not to mention how nice it would have been to actually be able to draw salary when some of them were just getting off the ground. I've been working on my current project for six months, with between 4-6 months left to go on. ZERO income from it until it is done; after that, who knows?

Where do I apply? I don't need a half billion, but a couple million would help a lot.
