I make my own blueberry preserves, I use agave to sweeten it, I put two pints of fresh blueberries into a large saucepan with maybe an ounce of water and a few tablespoons of agave... I cook it on a fast boil until all the water is steamed out and the blueberries have mushed together nicely... nothing could be healthier on some whole grain toast with an egg for breakfast... and some strong espresso to wash it all down... in fact, that's what I had for breakfast this morning... GZ
