First off, you had better believe that First Aid is pitched at the end user. I tried it and returned it. It's great if you've got a jury-rigged two-year-old PC with a bunch of Win3.1 and/or DOS applications trying to work in a Win95 world, but it is just so much easier to get current and solve the root problem than to apply a colorful bandaid and congratulate yourself on your smart looks.

That being said, the real interesting product coming out of Cybermedia is their OilChange product, which promises to help you get current and stay current by automatically seeking out and applying the latest upgrade patches to your programs over the Internet. Since the vast majority of real problems are rooted in the fact that most folks simply never upgrade their software this has the earmarks of a real breakthrough product.
