Hi steve;
Have you noticed that companies with high institutional ownership
are lagging companies with low IO?

I think this is why CPQ stock has been lagging the Naz.

The smart money is selling stock to the general public.

The general public will, as is traditional at the end of bull markets,
be left holding the bag.
