Arrest? No. I think we-the-people need to have some new provisions for congressional failures and deceptions. Starting with Anti-corruption measures, interference with congressional proceedings, collusion to cover-up or misrepresent government activity, and including failure to perform their primary responsibility. How about spending all their time attacking the other party and the president instead of legislating?
