You started to get louder before ACA became law, but slowly the medical community is seeing how they can exploit it at the expense of the public, mostly exploit the so called middle class, so that now the loudness has dropped to silence and you have dropped to avoiding the retribution that you know will come if you say anything.>> The middle class will not be exploited by the medical community but by the government and those who will get free care. I don't see ACA any differently now than I ever did.
