Ed: What does the "G" mean? If I can predict like you I'll do anything! Even "G"
I have been buying Nextel and Global Marine on the way down. Even bought some Western Digital. My margin is OK, plenty of my cash invested, however, there is some sort of moral value here, that I also call margin. I could have spent the money on boats, cars, vacations, travel, Disneyland, Laker season tickets etc. All of the above would have saved me from the emotional ups and downs of the past month. ( The only thing is, I love the emotion )
Everyone around me thinks I am a sick puppy for getting so involved in the market. Especially after a 20 year absense. I guess thats why I am hanging around here, I like the company!!!
Ed: Want to sell your software? You know, the hyper-vertex analytical super generator version. ( interpretation... The version that enabled you to make such accurate predictions)
Lately, my gut feeling method isn't making the big bucks that I thought it would. I buy on the way down thinking "no way could it go lower" then sure enough, lower it goes. I'm so depressed about Nextel, that I'm going to throw a party for myself, it's TGIF right?
