I did not get any response to my posting 416, so I suggest you try to find an SI member to pull that Federal Court copy. I do not really have that much time on my hands to continue all that digging,because of a)the apathy I encounter,and b) the small amount of UMSI stock . But selling it now would not buy me a Christmas dinner and/or a good cigar. If some real interesting news flows my way,I'll send it on Randall. Laurens
