Again,you are referring to average medical care being improved by some simple changes.I am trying to educate you on picking out the really good doctors.None of us wants average medical care ,even if it improves. I work with Nurse Practitioners---they may provide good average care and better care than some physicians.They are even given specialty designations. As a consultant specialist it is impossible for a nurse practitioner to appropriately treat 20%-30% of my patients.My competition uses Nurse Practitioners and I see it cost the government millions a year in costs from hospitalizations and complications.I have worked alone for 20 years and never lost a facility.I get regular calls from other Nursing Facilities asking me to take over care at their facilities.I have never set up a business in the medical field as I prefer to make my money investing.It is more like playing poker than working
