I2: In a Mercury News (Tokyo Bureau) article "Chip-equipment makers twitching over economic crisis" by Michael Zielenziger dated December 5, 1997 (3:42a.m. PST), UTEK president and chief executive, Arthur Zafiropoulo is quoted as follows: "I can sense the softening in the last few weeks" in demand for chip-making equipment. "I'm getting concerned about the (business) plan we've put forward for 1998." It would be interesting to know your opinion about this hot-off-the-press quote. Does it impact your opinions of UTEK. It will be interesting to see if Brinker discusses this development on MONEYTALK this weekend. P
