From what I hear you can't walk away from Countrywide. BAC absorbed Countrywide and once they saw how bad it was they tried to keep it separate so they could bankrupt it but there is too much mingling of funds. Not likely the courts will regard Countrywide as a separate entity you can bankrupt. What do you think?
