Bilberry, I don't understand the logic as to why the Swiss would short at 4 1/2 and hold this short for a year and then cover their short. What you are implying is that JMAR will stay under 4 1/2 for the next year. If it goes above 4 1/2 then they will lose on their short position when they cover. Projecting JMAR to stay under 4 1/2 for the next year would be even more of a reason to sell now. If they cover with the stock they got in this private placement and don't think the stock will go above 4 1/2 and make them more than the 1.00 spread in this transaction it doesn't indicate much confidence in the Swiss thinking this is only a 4 1/2 dollar stock.
