Al...G means Grin... or VBG= very big grin... Talking about Global Marine...Go up the coast past S.B. on the 101 to Point Conception about 1 mile off shore is a Global Marine jacket up unit.. it was floated up from Africa to do abandoments along the coast for the different oil companies. These wells are under water with no platform over them..When they cut off the well heads some have fishing nets all over them..I believe the drilling was done in the 60's..
