No, what Rat is describing is democratic socialism. Not communism at all. Where the people decide to have high taxes and a large government to ensure universal healthcare, free pre schools and education, a large safety net for the downtrodden, strong unions and a very large middle class: like Denmark and many other European countries. Our constitution allows for democratic socialism. And it is what I believe in.
