I just upgraded my new 56k X2 modem from V4.0.1 to V4.2.21, the whole process took less than 5 minutes(including downloding USR Modem Wizard, install the Wizard, downloading new driver by Wizard...) After this quick upgrade, the connection speed is inproved from 46.7 kps to 49.3 kps. Xy
