re: EPR I am not in it and have not followed it. A monthly triple-net payer, ARCP, I am in with a half-weight position. They have an offer on the table to buy LSE die $8.50 a share, and I am going to stay in them and reinvest the divvys. Not in the market for more in the triple-net space at this time.
