Joe, re DCI financials. I see 8.6 mil shares counted on within the next 12 months. Believed this figure originally in the 4 mil range. Are these additional shares from pp's taht they yet to be registered? Are they from insider options yet to be registered? Or are the taking into account a cum preferred offering of some type that was made mention of in RB post? George.
