Hi Wayne! You're right! I think the movement at the close today was significant. It appears that EMPE shares have dried up. When I talked to the CEO earlier today, he indicated that he had been contacted by several MMs wanting to buy, but he told them they would need to pick them up on the open market. EMPE has NO Preferred Shares Outstanding. It looks like the shares might be tough to get. That's terrific news for shareholders! There are ONLY 5.3 million Total Shares Outstanding! Just 1.3 million in the Float! And of those in the float, the CEO said he personally knows about 70% of the people that hold those. The company is virtually Debt-Free and apparently is in a pretty good financial position. On top of all that, they are planning to announce some really big news next week. I'll be watching for the EMPE announcement because I am really anxious to see the news! Everyone should do their own DD. You can get info by contacting the company at 214-265-8392.
