I disagree GZ. The Credit Crisis was caused by Wall St. Wall St is slowly destroying this country,imo. A slow fiscal death.

Some folks will borrow whatever they can. That is what some folks do best. They are not fiscally responsible.
Those that are seldom borrow.

Wall St and the rating agencies candy wrapped the derivatives debt packages and sold them as credit worthy investments. This is what Wall St does best. Wall St loves to reinvent the wheel as it pertains to economic imagination; the new Paradigm, gg. Oh where did we hear that before.
Most large Banks today are Publicly traded entites whose sole obligation is to outperform earnings whatever the cost; its all about now, not tomorrow. Greed rules. Wall St's greed and invisible hand is slowly destroying this country.

I get it; far many others do not.

You surprise me yet again.
