Most voters are in a party, which is how they see themselves being able to wield the most influence. Its ok dude. Most do not allow their party to dictate how they will think and act on every issue under the sun, but you do. Most would not base attacks on individuals they know nothing about on how it might benefit them in a partisan debate, but you do. Most would not violate standards of decency to snipe and sneer at political opponents, but you do. Most people don't infuse partisan attacks in normal topical discussions, but you do. Most people don't need to resort to name calling attacks when they disagree with something, but you do.

LOL. If I am as bad as you say...........and its clear you've done some considerable thinking on the subject...........then why do you bother posting to me?

The truth is I joined the Dem. party for one reason and one reason only.........so I could caucus in 2008 for Barack Obama whom I believe to be one of the finest political figures this country has seen and an excellent president.

And let me add........I am a well educated, well informed citizen. Why in God's name would I join the GOP.......which is the antithesis of whom I am.
