Are you referring to the "mere" 100-150% rate increase for those participating in the exchanges?

Worse, taxpayers are going to picking up the tab for many of those.

In the end only those who get it nearly free will get involved, and the taxpayers end up funding higher premiums than we would have without the exchanges. While the leftwingers in CA may end up enrolling, people generally are not going to jump into this fire.

There is no good news from CA at this point, regardless of what you may be thinking.
